Subscription Policy

1. Subscription terms

Access to certain features of Askinity is available through a paid subscription plan. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will renew automatically unless you choose to cancel before the end of your current billing cycle.

By signing up for a subscription or trial, you agree that the subscription fee applicable at the time of enrollment will be charged at the start of your subscription and again at the beginning of each renewal period, using the current rate in effect at the time of renewal. All pricing details will be clearly presented on the checkout page prior to confirmation. Please review this page carefully before submitting your payment. We reserve the right to charge the applicable amount in either a single transaction or split across multiple transactions, depending on the selected billing method.


2. Trial access and promotional pricing

From time to time, Askinity may offer a limited-time trial that allows new users to experience the service at a reduced rate or for a nominal fee. Unless you cancel within the trial window (typically 7 days), your account will automatically transition to a standard paid subscription at the rate displayed on the checkout page when the trial began. We may also extend temporary discounts on subscriptions, which will renew at the regular, undiscounted rate unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.


3. Payment methods

Charges for subscriptions will be made to the payment method you enter during checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge your chosen method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You also authorize Askinity to securely share your payment information with a trusted payment service provider for the purpose of managing and processing your subscription charges. Please note that your card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges, depending on your location and the type of card used.


4. Cancellation

Subscriptions on Askinity renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance. To prevent the next charge, you must cancel your subscription before your current term ends.

You may cancel at any time through one of the following options:

Please note, cancellation will stop future billing, but you will continue to have access to your subscription features until the current period expires. No further charges will apply after that time.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription at our discretion, including in cases of failed payments, account misuse, or violations of our terms.


5. Refund policy

Askinity offers refunds under specific conditions. If you request a refund within 30 days of your registration, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the subscription fee paid for your current billing cycle. If a separate sign-up fee was charged at the time of joining, it may also be refunded depending on the situation.

For residents of certain U.S. states: If you live in a state where early cancellation rights apply (such as California), and you cancel your agreement within three business days from your registration date, any payment made will be returned within ten days of receiving your cancellation notice. All refund requests must be submitted by email to help@askinfinite.com. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed after the 30-day period.


6. Translations

Any translated version of this Subscription Policy is provided solely for user convenience. In the event of any conflict in meaning or interpretation, the English-language version will take precedence and serve as the official reference.
